MILAN, Feb 24, 2004/ FW --- Raging against the machine, deconstructed and remade, the Just Cavalli woman for Fall 2004/05 is one who rocks with the best and doesn’t hang out in the background, she is the front man (or woman) of the band, the spokesperson for new urban rules.
On a backdrop of huge speakers equipped with colourful punk DJ who hairsprays his mohawk, changes records and is whipped up into the air, spotlights and flashes all become part of the soundtrack for a show so full of energy it was like being at a rock concert.

Cavalli dresses his women for the more active line of Just Cavalli in denim, luxurious furs that have been multi coloured, lace and leather.
Influences fluctuating from the 50’s, the 1970’s and early 80’s punk rock London are all over the place, like the ripped tops, bat wing sleeve, puffy shoulders and new romantically cut jackets, not to mention the reworking of the thick elastic belt elongating bodices.
Skirts are full or pencil thin with fishtails and ruffles and draping necklines on slinky dresses are sexy, often put together with bolero or little wool sweater.
Just Cavalli is young and energetic, the new rock stars of fashion. Micro leopard-spot cape, velvets and micro bombers reworked, high waistlines and skin tight pants that finish just below the knee, she is hungry for the spotlight and bathes in the flash bulbs of stardom.
Definitely hot on the market, these pieces will melts the shelves like butter.
One of the great voices of recent years, Alicia Keys was front row without grand piano but hidden behind towering bodyguards.
Roberto Cavalli accompanied by his muse Eva will present the main Cavalli line in Milan on Friday 27th February later this week.
