MILAN, Jun 29, 2005/ FW/ – Once again Ennio Capasa (photo at left) and Stephen Galloway teamed up last night for the presentation of the C’N’C line for Costume National.
It has become one of those must see events during Milan menswear week, where music and dance come alive and one feels like they are part of something that goes simply beyond fashion.
A rock band played live, dances moved, and make-shift television hosts conducted the audience through a maze of reality meets musical set of sexy pop now irony.
A range for men and women, the C’N’C wardrobe moves, breathes and becomes part of your skin.
Trench coats are sporty, trousers are chopped off at the ankle and ride low on the hip, Ducati biker jackets are washed, beaten and worn for extra comfort, while shirts are of the lightest kind in black and white or bright colors for a splash of spirit.
Yet street wear is going even further as Capasa teams up with motorcycle legends Ducati, announcing last night that the line will be called C’N’C Ducati and available in stores from as soon as December 2005.
A collection that promises to, among other things, give denim an entire new meaning see the 70’s riding jumpsuit reinterpreted and the famous vintage logo worn on high performance sneakers.
