ES by Sadaharu Hoshino: Creativity At Its Best
By: Randal Jacobs

PARIS, Oct 5, 2004/ FW/ --- Es is all about individuality and street chic style.

Creativity is never lost to young innovative Asian designers in Paris. You can always depend on the East to school the rest of the fashion world on extreme style and expression.

The Es collection was all about deconstruction and misconceptions of style in a world where women can where whatever they like.

On a marsh field round way, biker beauties paraded around in draped and layered garments. Styled with chains and belts, the clothes had an a vant garde flare, but with overt street style.

By using a colorless rainbow of black, white and hues of grey, Sadaharu Hoshino presented a very detail line full of fun. Cottons and light fabrics made outfits suitable for a mild summer in Paris. Witch point trainers defined the clothes well. Night gown dresses in mosaic prints were matted with ruffles.

Male suits and trousers were placed on the female form. Baggy trousers and suit jacket linings were styled with tuxedo shirts.

One of the highlights of the show was a tuxedo shirtdress in white. Suit vests were atop male cuff shirts. The non tailored male clothes gave the collection variety.

Again Sadaharu Hoshino gives a calm lighthearted production with intricate style.
