MILAN, Dec 19, 2003/ FW/ – A multi coloured, multi themed spring summer 2004 collection; pop art intensity, Mickey Mouse motifs and an African safari in the metropolis were the elements for Iceberg’s fashion extravaganza.
Iceberg offers up a clash of elegance and the active urban.
Mini fringing, body hugging sweat fabric dresses and micro shorts for the new uniform in sexy city style, accessorised with crystals, ringlets and lacing.
Gymnasium greys change to green, orange and turquoise.
Stiff boned bustiers ala lingerie and mini jackets are reminiscent of tuxedos in the front.
Rapper silks and tracksuit hip hop, bomber jackets decorated on the back. Jumpsuits and miniskirts are sexy on the high-powered feline.
Transparency and bright floral prints are on chiffon and silk. Rainbow-colour jungle prints reminiscent of photographer Peter Beards African diaries are multi coloured and wearable as gene pants, baggy bomber jackets and barebacked dresses with flowing feminine tails.
Knitwear is tight and lightweight.
Styles are mixed and made wearable on all occasions from a turquoise dress with bomber style zipped jacket as top to ribbons down the front of pants and silky gym style boxer shorts.
Cartoon icons become trendy on tops and eveningwear.
Shiny and optimistic, action packed and strong with vibrant twists and hints of glamour dominated this collection.
Iceberg is fun fashion that will be a treat to see on grey city streets.
