Keanan Duffty Fall 2006: Hells Kitchen and Angels
New York Fashion Week Fall 2006
By Randal Jacobs
NEW YORK, Feb 6, 2006/ FW/ --- Keanan Duffy show was full of biker un-chic items in a non-innovative style. There was a time when biker chic was in. Now it is all about just being a biker.
Duffty gave stylized jeans and leather jackets throughout the 15-minute presentation. Leather biker jackets were embellished with angel wings spray-painted in silver. Hoodies also were spray painted with a metallic finish on hoods and front zippers.
Jeans were no crotch, low crotch, low waist and skintight. The t-shirt was a main accessory in every look with different graphics and eccentric logos. The skinny jean was the most in item, which has already hit the street scene very hard.
With the music blasting at the top volume the show ended with heavy haired models all in burgundy signature tees.
