Lutz Lutz DALLAS, May 17, 2007/ FW/ --- Lutz has evolved in three years. While retaining its alternative fashion style, it has also become more sartorial and streamlined with a focus on shape and form.

Playing with texture and volume, Lutz came up with smock dresses with pleated sheer from the neckline all the way to the hemline. Matched with a short bolero shaped like a knight’s armor, it’s dope, to use a vernacular.

Coats are more architectural, with an A-line silhouette. Big buttons are used as closure and an oversized turtleneck completes the look. Paired with black & white leggings and knee-high leather boots, it’s an urban look that will be accepted both downtown and uptown.

Generally, Lutz emphasized the waist using straps to cinch the waist. This was done in dresses and brief jackets.

And though Lutz did not break any new grounds in fashion, this collection places the label in the serious category of commercial viability and wearability.
