A native of Valencia, Spain, Manuel Fernandez debuted at 7th on Sixth during the Spring 2001 season.
Known for his great eye for color and use of luxury fabrics, Manuel Fernandez shows a wide range
on his apparel line from evening gowns to daywear.
The designer has eclectic influences - from the rich cultural heritage of his native Valencia and from
classic designs of great designers like Yves Saint Laurent.
He began his career in 1982 and launched his own label in 1985 to a great critical and commercial
success.
