MILAN, Sep 29, 2005/ FW/ --- With possibly the best soundtrack of the week Moschino is like a tune from the 80’s, it sticks in your head and you never tire of hearing it because there is something comforting in knowing the words.
Spring summer 2006 is about light, expression and enjoyment. Pearls and bows along with hearts and flowers become motifs for a collection that is cheekily aimed at every girl’s heart.
Reminiscing the fifties, tulle puffs up skirts and cut out bows and hearts are tacked onto little tailored jacket pockets and backs of summer dresses.
Painted swimwear and drawn on caricature ruffles and pockets playfully decorate a wardrobe of mischievous contrasts.
Moschino cuts off trouser legs and turns them into shorts of varying lengths while pinstripes dance next to fish tail skirts for a slim silhouette that accentuates all things appealingly feminine.
Playing with all roles female, Moschino boldly lets one know that this is not about a girl sitting in a corner without a date to dance with, it is rather a universal understanding that women are capable of just about anything whether in cowboy hat and biker jacket, sexy evening wear or as a cardboard cut out.
