Established in 1991, the label Stella Cadente means ‘shooting star’ in Italian. Stanislasia Klein, the designer behind the label envisions fashion as poetry, femininity and romance.
The 30-something designer, who is also a mother of 4, wants to “wrap women in a world that makes them feel good about themselves.” Creating a world of feathers, sequins and glitter, Stanislasia Klein brought brightness and sparkle to the fashion world.
An exuberant colorist, Klein’s collections are characterized by soft colors, pearls, sequins, feathers and silk, which had become her trademark.
Klein’s signature style of bright colors and feathers appeal to the women who are not afraid to be seen.
Starting as an accessories line, the label has grown to a full line of women’s clothing and accessories within 10 years of its existence.
In 2004, in cooperation with the Clarins Group, the first Stella Cadente perfume was launched in Los Angeles, together with a cosmetics line.
