Westfield To Acquire 15 Federated Stores in California, Connecticut, Maryland and Ohio
LOS ANGELES, Feb 19, 2006 / --- As reported earlier, Federated Department Stores, Inc. had plans to divest 13 duplicate locations of its stores as a result of its acquisition of The May Department Stores Company.
