DALLAS, Jun 6, 2006 / --- Dallas-based Haggar Clothing Co., a leading marketer of men's casual and dress apparel and women's sportswear announced today the appointment of David Yarbrough to the position of President of Men's and Women's Wear Sales, Rebecca Maticko,Vice President Public Relations and Edward M. Jones III, Chief Merchandising Officer of Men's and Women's Wear.

Previously the Executive Vice President of Perry Ellis International, David Yarbrough joined Haggar last April as Senior Vice President of the Private Brand division at Haggar.

In addition to Women's Wear sales, Mr. Yarbrough will continue to direct the sales operation of all brands in the Haggar portfolio, including Haggar, Kenneth Cole Reaction, Kenneth Cole Unlisted, Claiborne, and the company's private brands. Mr. Yarbrough will continue to report to Jim Lewis, Haggar President and Chief Executive Officer.

As Vice President of Public Relations, Rebecca Maticko will be based in the company’s New York offices and report directly to Stephen Croncota, Chief Marketing Officer.

Prior to joining Haggar, Ms. Maticko was Vice President of Marketing of Earl Jean in which she directed both marketing and public relations for the brand. Previously Ms. Maticko held various marketing and public relations positions at Vera Wang, Coach, Ralph Lauren and Tommy Hilfiger.

As Chief Merchandising Officer of Men's and Women's Wear Edward M. Jones III will be responsible for all merchandising and design operations for both Men's and Women's Wear.

This includes all product categories, brand/labels for all channels of distribution. In addition to this appointment, he will continue his role as President and Creative Director of Women's Wear. Mr. Jones will continue to report to Jim Lewis, Haggar President and Chief Executive Officer.
