DALLAS, Jun 7, 2006 / --- Iconix Brand Group, owner of Joe Boxer, Bongo, Mudd and Rampage brands announced yesterday that it has entered into several new licensing agreements to expand the abovementioned brands in the U.S. and Canada.

According to the announcement, Joe Boxer, better known for its underwear lines for both men and women will now have home products, luggage and backpacks, which will be available in Canada through Beco Industries will manufacture and distribute Joe Boxer home collection and Ugo Sac Import, which will manufacture and distribute Joe Boxer luggage and backpacks.

Joe Boxer sunglasses will be under Fantas Eyes, which will manufacture and distribute the product in Canada.

Bongo, which had been catching the attention of young consumers with very aggressive campaigns featuring the cast of Laguna Beach is also has a license agreement with Ugo Sac Import for the manufacture and distribution of handbags in Canada.

JC Kids, which holds the licensee for Mudd Junior and Kids Sportswear in Canada will ship product for Fall/Holiday 2006 and the remainder of the new categories will be in-store for Spring 2007.

In the U.S., Ugo Sac Import will manufacture and distribute Rampage belts.
