Donatella Versace Visits China

Versace DALLAS, Oct 16, 2006/ FW/ --- After presenting a successful Spring 2007 womenswear collection in Milan, Donatella Versace visits the Far East to share the company’s vision on building Versace as the leading Italian luxury lifestyle icon for the region.

Today, Donatella, together with Dr. Giancarlo Di Risio, Managing Director of Versace pays their inaugural visit to Beijing. Two days later, the pair will go to Shanghai, then fly to Hong Kong on October 19.

Versace prides itself not only as a leading international fashion icon, but also as a luxurious Italian lifestyle brand.

As the de facto poster girl of the label, Donatella Versace also oversees the international icon’s creative statement in all trends and communications.

During their inaugural visit, Donatella will comment on creativity and design trends, and also preview the new image and creative direction of Versace; while Dr. Di Risio will comment on the business performance of Versace, reiterating the Group’s commitment to the Greater China market with new development plans.

Together they will present the future of Versace that embraces the deep-rooted passionate philosophy of fashion and explain how they will cut a share amongst China’s burgeoning fashion-conscious consumers with collections spanning dazzling fashion and luxurious lifestyle.
