NEW YORK, Dec 10, 1999/ FW/ --- A woman dressed in 18th century gown, cavorting with a punk rocker on top of a Yamaha piano. Looks incongruent?

Not really. This store window was tracing part of the music history and trying to show the span of musical history until present day music. The mannequins had to be dressed to the part. Almost whimsical presentation, but with seriousness in the message.
