The Glacier

DALLAS, Nov 15, 1999/ FW/ --- Glacier ahead! Made from styrofoam and reinforced with latex paint to make it waterproof, this Glacier is at the center of the mall by the "waterpark" and in front of Neiman Marcus. The glacier "floats," moving about an inch every 10 minutes. And there are penguins there too, courtesy of the Dallas World Aquarium.

Having lived in Alaska, and knowing how beautiful the glaciers are in real life, this is my favorite Christmas display at the Northpark Mall.
