DALLAS, Nov 7, 1999/ FW/ --- Northpark Center was built in 1965 and has been a long time favorite by Dallasites. There are over 160 stores in the mall and it is currently anchored by Neiman Marcus and Dillards, with Foley's coming in the Fall of 2000.
Baby Gap
Baby Gap Christmas Window also follows the corporate image of The Gap - no frills, just the basics! A bigger than life poster announcing - Color that's holiday! makes up the Christmas decor both in the store and the window. Inside, small Christmas trees are scattered around the store.
Santa Claus
This precious Santa Claus is by the entry of the Neiman Marcus store at the Northpark Mall. He stands there inviting everyone to come in and inspect the Christmas seasonal mercandise (decorations, et al) at the special location which Neiman Marcus created for their Christmas decorations store.
Needless to say, the Santa Claus was just the tip of the iceberg. Delightful Christmas ornaments and decorations can be found in the store. Thanks Santa for inviting us in.
Abercrombie & Fitch
Abercrombie & Fitch changed its image early this year with their Spring/Summer 1999 Collection and with their new catalog. Their stores and store windows followed suit.
With the young crowd as their target market, their store windows of mimimalism, (just a Christmas tree with lights) is both traditional and is in keeping with the minimalist attitude of the 20-something generation.
Christmas Glories
Different balls hanging from the ceiling at different heights. The sign on the glass, "Christmas Glories" is enough to announce the Christmas store for Neiman Marcus.
Clean and simple in its presentation, yet very powerful in its announcement for Christmas.
