This is one of the most beautiful store windows
created by Chanel. Flourescent neon lights were attached to 8" strips of white wood. The wood
were then attached to GI pipes which were also painted white. The GI pipes were screwed down on the
floor.
This is definitely something you can make in your
VM shop. All materials are available at your local hardware store.
