surf1_ciGUAM, Mar 18, 1997/ FW/ — Surfing is year-round all over the world, as lovers of this sport will tell you. Those who follow the waves know exactly where to go to ride the great one as they say. With this in mind, these mirror windows were conceptualized.

Blue background to represent the waters, the giant yellow ribbons hanging from the fourteen-foot ceiling represents the grass skirts, the 4’x 8′ banners with a picture of palm trees and the ocean represent the tropical islands.

The whole window creates an atmosphere of fun, of lying in the sun, feeling the sand on your bare feet, the epitome of living on a tropical island.

The mannequins are grouped into fours, one female and three males and then one male and three females, mirrors of each other. Clothes are grouped also, each mannequin grouping wearing clothes from one designer, making a strong statement.

The title Blue, Surf, Sand is perfect for this window setting.
