NEW YORK, Feb 20, 2015/ — Presenting tailored silhouettes that emphasized the waist and the shoulders, Jay Godfrey paid homage to Savile Row with his non-conformist use of suitings and tweeds.
Surprisingly, though there are definite references to menswear, the collection is very feminine as Jay Godfrey added bows, flounce on the skirts and gowns with fishtail hems. Embellished tweeds, modern ultrasuedes and metallic accented jerseys gave the collection a luxe feel.
