PHILADELPHIA, Dec 17, 2010 / — California-based artist, Mel Kadel creates detail-rich ink drawings using found or stained paper and small Micron pens. The figures in many of her narrative works portray a strength and defiance as they endure and persist through various trials and adventures in the highly imaginative world created by Kadel.
