Though the next Sex and the City movie might never happen, fans are finally getting the chance to reconnect with Carrie Bradshaw after all these years. In a video posted to Sarah Jessica Parker’s Instagram, she’s “Revisiting a beloved character. Briefly and with a twist.”
The video shows Parker wearing a mint green tulle ensemble walking down the streets of New York City, recreating the Sex and the City opening credits. Sponsored by Stella Artois, it includes the hashtag #PourItForward and links to a website promoting a partnership with Water.org. The goal is to provide access to safe water to 3.5 million people in the developing world by 2020 through the purchase of Stella Artois products.
Though it’s not quite the same as getting the whole gang back together, we’re glad to see Parker bringing back her iconic character for a good cause.
